I booked a Double Room,and specifically requested a Double Bed! I was given a Twin Room !This was then changed to a room with three beds,which left little no Overall Room space. The room was in appallig condition,and there were no toilettries.I left the Hotel shortly after Check in!

The air conditioning isn't the best in the world but that is my only complaint. Breakfast is free, the rooms are made up everyday, the water is hot and the pool was good.

It was only 15 minutes drive from work

I am not sure what breakfast is in the facility I had. Chinese Fried Rice. Fried Eggs and Thai Sausage Sounds ok Eat it 8 from 8 days oh forgot it is cold also

I think that KP hotel is very well managed, the stuffis...

I think that KP hotel is very well managed, the stuffis friendly and the location very good. The owner always greatswith a friendly and inviting smile and overal there is a good atmosphere. Not to forget the pool, which is reallya pleasure to enjoy after a hot day.

Can't say anything really negative. Of courseit would may be help, if the Internet access at the upper floor levels could be improved, since while working nearny the reception well, it does not anymore at the third floor.

Breakfast was ok ,could be better, Pool not clean ,needs chlorine, getting green. Bed was comfortable but room could use a good spring cleaning.

Not much

I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times over the past 3 years, and each time l have l hope been very constructive with my reviews, I will again try to maintain the same level of courtesy however I will say from the outset this will be the last time I stay at the KP hotel. The hotel in my opinion is generally apathetic to its guest and their higher priorities are focused on the business coming from the local area, in the form of meetings and functions, combined with the odd wedding event, this is understandable to a degree, however if you are own and run a hotel you really need to get some basics covered off, which include cleanliness, fully operational air conditioning, and at least some degree of hospitality. Hotel rooms are fitted with stand alone air conditioning units, the unit in our room would struggle to keep the room cool however no surprise here as this has been the case on all my visit. Walls are dirty and shower area has mould everywhere again no surprise as this is standard for the hotel, in saying this the rooms are cleaned to a good standard each day, apart form used towels being replaced with towels that have strange brown marks on them. My biggest dislike is your room fridge turns off along with the room lights and air conditioner when you leave for the day, this means you come back to the room 7-8 hours later with no cold drinks and because the air conditioner is so d it takes 1-2 hours before the room. There are other points l could list however I have kept in mind the KP hotel, and in fact the local area is not a tourist location and the hotel is primarily there to cater to local needs. How yin saying that, they should at least try and get the basics right.

I have stayed at the hotel a few times as such l know what...

I have stayed at the hotel a few times as such l know what to expect, it’s not a bad hotel for the location. Staff are always very nice. This trip the rooms air conditioning broke down so we were moved to a different room, however the “new” rooms aircon was in very bad shape and the room got uncomfortably hot at times, we did not tell hotel staff as did not want to move rooms again. The hotels Wifi is a big issue and needs upgrading, it would be good to have at least one English Channel on the TV but this is not a big issue for me. Overall the KP is the best hotel in Kumphawapi as such l will return.
